TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS
For your convenience and health safety, vehicles with service needs can be dropped off using our "Early Bird," night drop box outside of our service drive. Likewise, we will continue our concierge pick up and drop off service for out of the area customers, as usual. However, during these heightened times JLR Rochester has decided to amend our concierge policy to include local area customers as well. Please note; now more than ever, we appreciate holding to a strict appointment policy in order for us to properly plan for your vehicles arrival and expedient completion of work while in our care.

While your vehicle is in for service our valets, advisors, technicians, and detailers are taking precautions and following these extra procedures: technicians are wearing gloves while servicing your vehicle, applying steering wheel covers to each vehicle and wiping down all surfaces after the service has been performed; our detail department is also following the same best practices before delivering your vehicle back to you.
As things are constantly changing, we continue to closely monitor and act to the information that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and state and local government recommend. Also know that we have a leadership team that meets regularly and we will adjust as necessary.
